Loch Leven, His & Hers bikes :)
http://i1104.photobucket.com/albums/...g/imgp0592.jpg

Got a puncture from a shell on the road whilst on a ride around Ardnamurchan/Sunart, nice place to have a puncture, although the midges were horrific!
http://i1104.photobucket.com/albums/...g/imgp0608.jpg

and the sunset while i was fixing it was pretty amazing too....

My missus is pretty snap-happy with the camera - these are just some of the 400+ pics she took in two weeks, hope you like :)

Pete

400+ hahah between me an a mate we took over 2500 on a 2 week trip, ok some were alcohaltically fuelled photos but hay we are young, can you blame us!!!

Nice piccies, love the sunsets.

Here a two months old pic before I went to Morocco:
http://zak.li/linked/ten/DSC_5612.jpg

But I had to change a couple of things. So finally I'm showing off my "new" Ten as well ;-)
Here it is:

http://zak.li/linked/ten/IMG_0097.jpg

Recent mods: Raised 4cm higher to the original height, hlins shock (WOW), steel braided brake hose, OTR 2in1 exhaust, Magura handlebar, Supersprox sprocket and new DID chain, small paintjob and more! I love my Ten!

Have a nice weekend!

How a Ten should look after going for a ride:

What do you mean "After going for a ride"?
Mine looks that way all the time :D

Molgan 18-11-10 23:16

Love all the pics! Been offline for while and needed inspiration to get the heated grips and studs mounted, and oc stoics awesome chain guide mod, and go out having some fun in the snow. Thanks. -20C outside here..

duibhceK 28-11-10 18:33

put the knobbies on this week for the fall and winter off-roading season. Today was a pretty nice day, so I figured I'd go and test them out some.

Resulted in an afternoon fun blast out on a mix of gravel, cobbles, packed dirt, mud and single track grass overgrown roads, and this one crappy low-res cell phone piccie:

Late reply: No not yet, the bike has been standing untouched in the garage for a few months now. Have had way too much in my calendar but hopefully it will calm down in 2011. All work and no play makes Molgan a dull boy. :icon_sad:

DickyC 07-12-10 17:45

December in Guernsey

A quick trip through a field or two and a couple of green lanes went some way to reveil what we already knew. The ground is a tad slippery at the moment after the rain and snow! But hey, its fun.

http://i738.photobucket.com/albums/x...Photo-0026.jpg

I was aiming for higher up the hill but had to settle for what I could get. At least I made it, albeit with some difficulty.

http://i738.photobucket.com/albums/x...Photo-0025.jpg

Mat's bike needed a lie down after all the effort.

http://i738.photobucket.com/albums/x...Photo-0028.jpg

Must remeber to pack that folding saw next time. Turning round was out of the question so it was time for improvised tree surgery.

All good fun.

Nelis 07-12-10 18:06

Looks like he just put his bike down too tie his shoelaces.

I wont be driving next 2 months or so, roads are full of grit.
Dont want my exhaust to rust.

Thanks,

Leviathan 16-01-11 10:58

It was a great ride in an amazing place.
You can easily spend a couple of days riding in that area.

the tires on the middle (which is mine) are the Mitas E-07.
I really recommend NOT getting them.
You can read my opinion on these tires at this thread.

enduro374 16-01-11 19:01

Looks like the right place for a non UK Tenere meet up?

Next time you pop out for a trail ride, please post venue and meeting time in advance and I'll see if I can get a month off!

Fantastic pic's!

Leviathan 16-01-11 22:17

My friends and I are trail riding almost every weekend and the local Tenere club is riding once every month.
So if you're ever in the neighborhood, drop me a line and we'll take you riding.
Or for a beer.

Or both. :toothy9:

enduro374 16-01-11 23:15

..and where is the neighbourhood?

Thx for sharing !

A video from the ride that shows us going at a problematic spot in the middle of the way out of the crater.

I'm the last one in the video. you can hear me and my friends laughing after I tumble.

Am I the only one getting a white box instead of the embedded clip?

In the UK, during the hours of darkness, unless it's in a marked parking bay, it's illegal to park facing the oncoming traffic, although I've never seen anyone fined for it!

But I agree the effects would be great.

Nice pics Tom.

Problem is that the passing car wouldn't have illuminated the bike then. Also it's an unlit single lane carriageway and the bike is resting against the reservoir wall on a little bit of dirt path, but importantly out of the road. Anywhere else and it was a hazard to passing cars. I wasn't there to take pics of the bike, I was after the reservoir, the bike shots were just before I left.

Anyhow, thanks for the comments.

Ni3ous 20-01-11 17:33

Interesting to know...

Yes thouzght about the light of passing cars, you are right, man.

I should post a photo, not to become offtopic too much :P
