Which basically means that I do the same job as Mr Willy Wonka in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. I am the person that works out how to make food taste good and ensure that it is safe to eat. I help marketing people make their dreams come true. I've worked on Noodle texture, exploding tea bombs, chocolate soup, bacon flavour porridge, strange stuff that never gets launched but amuses food manufactures in meetings.

The down side.... I've fallen into vats of soy sauce, dug out ton batched of dough that has set solid in the mixing drum, spent night shifts making coloured noodles that never got launched, eaten many a disgusting formulation and burnt my tongue regularly, oh and had chilli in my eye once.

so.... your job could be easily described as.... "suck 'em and see" :088:

No problem. Have a look at www.timval.com
This shows a diary of our build up to 1 march 2007 when we had a flood which brought down the interior in 10000 litres of water. Haven't been able to update the website since, but about to soon as we have finally made some progress.
PM for personal details and you are welcome to call anytime - apart from January 2008. We are in Lancashire.
Cheers
Tim
