Business Development Manager for an MOD supplier providing Ruggedised consoles for surface, sub surface vessels and land based vehicles.
Been with the same company since I left school 27 years ago and worked my way up from an apprentice welder fabricator.
It gets me out an keeps a roof over our heads.

Work in malware defence for large enterprise. If you only knew what's out there...not pretty.

Do I like fighting the bad guys? Yes, some, but it would be better if we won every so often.

I work in forensics for a national police force here in the UK as a Crime Scene Manager (CSI Supervisor) - great job and almost every day is different but doesn't often provide much appropriate dinner party conversation. Only downside as with front line public sector jobs I am on a shift pattern with many weeks of 24/7 call out rota

And you find time to do all you do on XT660.com, phew :wow:
as for me.... oohhh, lots of things, from a chook catcher to driving semi's (big lorries for you poms:icon_mrgreen:) to the IT industry for the last 12 years. Currently trying to come up with another plan....

I have two jobs, my main one is Export Manager for a medical device manufacturer, which is good as I have travelled and seen the world. The fun part is I work part time for a bike riding/racing school called Run x Fun (see www.runxfun.it but it is only in Italian) as an instructor and we have loads of fun!!! Ciao Simon

I am the warden for The Lihou Charitable Trust and look after and run a 30 bed hostel on a small tidal island just off Guernsey. The hostel is the only building on the island and I comute to work by either kayak or tractor. Most of my time is spent working with school children leading activities like climbing, abseiling, archery, coasterering as well as environmental studies etc. Tiring but rewarding.
