Gee thanks mate but did you remember to get the optional walking stick holder for me :hello:

Tomorrow I'm changing rear wheel bearings, cush drive and chain and sprockets, better clean and lube the linkage at the same time I suppose. 13000 miles and 50% on dirt.

Gave her a wash after fitting :

Kev`s fork spacers
DNA stage 2
WB tail tidy (Ta moto!)

Remapped the PC with an open akra friendly dna stage2 map which seems to be doing the business. Went up 2 clicks on the rear shocker to compensate for the front end being stiffer. Those spacers from Kev really make a difference to the front end, not so skittish anymore and seems to have lost the death weave over 85mph. Anyway here is a pic for you all to enjoy :D

Nice looking bike Feck

Your bike looks great in white Feck.

I have a DNA stage II on the way. Any tips on the fitting?

Veges looking good in the background as well...

Cheers, Boneman

Cheers lads! The tidy is one of the WB ones unfortunately no longer in production and it was well easy to fit. As far as the dna goes, it is very straightforward. Just remove you side panel on the offside and unscrew the existing cover. Replace with dna filter and et voila ur explosions have more air. The dna and remap have made a HUGE difference, feels like more torque and surging is almost gone :D

Don't forget to apply the supplied grease between the DNA filter & air box for a proper seal.

Bikes looking good Feck, the stage 2 filter is a must, block off your AIS pipe to reduce the intake noise when cruising & it also stops the popping back.

feck 08-04-12 02:17

Ta Kev, used a bit of vaseline as I picked up the DNA cheap cheap off a forum member, but yeah the seal is good. As far as AIS goes I must do it but I don`t really mind the popping, good for filtering and traffic as I tend to use the engine braking when I am riding in traffic. Basically, they know I`m coming ;)

@ Boneman : I used to have a lawn and verges but my dog is a mentalist and hates grass apparently ;)
