Tenere STAGE 2 / STAGE 3 DNA Filter 90% ready

I thought I'd give you guys a little suspence...

Dino showed me a prototype of the new Stage 2 Filter that together with the Stage 1 will make the airbox the complete Stage 3 package.

I can't show you the graph or the pics yet as it is still hush hush at the moment but Dino had this to say about the fliter:

"This new S2 filter is designed to replace the left side air box cover and if used with the DNA stage 1 filter and the DNA stage 2 air box cover the result is a complete Stage 3 application, concerning air flow, without changing the complete air box!!!!!!

The first results on our flow bench are very impressive; see attached graph, and tomorrow Monday, we will run the bike on the dyno, test all the configurations and make PC maps"

So you will see the rest after Monday when Dino has run a Dyno test.

It will work well, as we all know by now the XT660 motor responds well to these type of mods, as the air intake is heavily restricted in the standard form.

DNA wins again. :notworthy::033:

Hi Francis,
You can post the photos and the graph, no problem!
I am sure that many Tennere owners will be very happy when they will use this new mod, from DNA!

Cheers,

Dino

How does it work with a complete standard Tenere?
I haven't changed any mechanical bits.

Any idea on a price as yet, and when is it going in production?

Hi Nelis,

We have just completed our testing and mapping, from a complete stock engine with stock exhausts it produced 50.9 hp.!!
I will post the dyno runs soon.

Best regards,

Dino
