Hmmm......
I just took a look and it appears the site is down, but the domain is still responding. Could be a faulty server. OTR often take a long time getting kit out to you, they are notoriously bad where it comes to web orders. The best thing is to give them a call on the phone..... which is difficult without the website being up... anyone got a recent invoice from them with an email address or telephone number ?

info@off-the-road.de As GULG says - it really is always worth ringing up first to check stock availability and lead times with OTR. Thorsten Haberkamm is the chap at the helm; he is a genuinely nice and very helpful guy. |

Otr
I too was wondering whether they were in some sort of bother as the website was not responding. However, it did finally work for me (yesterday) - but not today.
I have ordered plenty of stuff from them, with great service for 90% of the products ordered. The only issue was a 2 week delay on the bashplate which had me nervous as I was departing for a trip. As an aside, Metal Mule messed me about for 6 months before conceding that they couldn't get me a bashplate, despite having my cash for that length of time and informing me that they had one on the shelf when I sent them the money! My last order from OTR was 4 Months ago and it was the bashplate and the details for OTR from my last invoice is as follows: OTR-Performance GmbH Hugo-Junkers-Strae 52-54 50739 Kln (Cologne) Germany Telefon +49.(0)221.768056-0 Fax +49.(0)221.768056-6 eMail info@off-the-road.de Internet www.off-the-road.de USt-Id-Nr.: DE 284 250 326 Best of luck!

Well they'll definitely be on holiday today - 15th August. Might conceivably be on a summer shutdown for a week or so either side of that. Seem to remember they've done so in the past. May just be there's noone there to notice that the website has fallen over.

OTR is suffering from serious server problems.
They hope to be back online on Monday, 19.08. In case, you don`t get a reply on your mail, they ask you to resend it again once their server is back on stage. http://www.xt-660.de/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=13787 As the admin on xt660.com does not allow them to register on this site, they asked members of the german forum to get you informed. (why politics in an "open" forum??) Whatever, don`t kill the massenger... ![]() salu2, Joe
