I just took a look and it appears the site is down, but the domain is still responding. Could be a faulty server.

OTR often take a long time getting kit out to you, they are notoriously bad where it comes to web orders. The best thing is to give them a call on the phone..... which is difficult without the website being up... anyone got a recent invoice from them with an email address or telephone number ?
