tenerod is on a distinguished road
Speaking of engine cutting out.

I have a 2010 660 tenere, bought from new and not messed with.
I have had the engine "miss a beat" after long rides at high speeds. Its like the fuel has been cut for one stroke and if cranked over on the black top it can be rather un-nerving.
This has only happened when l have been giving it the berries on the road for about 2 hours. If l back off for a while (cool down) it doesnt come back.
Is this just a heat problem made worse with hot air getting sucked into the airbox?
I live in Western Australia so its never too cold. It happened the other day at 18 deg celsius and 135kph for a few hours.
Could this be fixed with Kevs' fuel mod?
Thanks
Rod
