Ohlins Suspension

I am going to replace my rear shock with an Ohlins, but I am a little confused about which one to get. I weigh about 105kg with boots, helmet and so on, so I thought I should get the 100-110kg version.
When I tour with the bike though, I add about 25kg of fuel and luggage, which would mean I need 130-140kg. Will the 100-110kg shock be adequate if I just increase the preload when I am touring?
Thanks
