Sub frame

I finally got the sub frame finished and on "apart from getting the correct bolts"
Its to mount a endruo side car to..
The bike will still beable to lean in the corners &
the car can move up/down over bumps with out
effecting the bike as much as a ridged car..
the car will also beable to steer into the corners
as the bike leans...

Nice work keep us posted.

Your O2 sensor looks rather close to the exhaust port.

Since playing with different size spockets I've been concerned, not about correct speed readings really, but about the falsely increased odometer reading.

Fitted a Speedo Healer.

Very easy/quick to install and set up:
Tank off, left panel off, unplug, plug, plug, poke, poke, poke, tank on panel on, done.
The online calculator does the maths. http://www.healtech-electronics.com/...culator_en.swf

My, so very small as well, online photos make it look bigger than it is.

Calibrated Speedo Healer, was almost 10% off with a 46tooth rear srocket.
Fitted 30mm handlebar risers. Cables reach, just.

My wind deflectors for the hand guards arrived the other day so I fitted them. Just hope they work.

Modified Cross Bar

Spent most of Sunday finishing fixing my modified cross bar (had to reduce the length due to fitting KTM handguards)..All in all it looks pretty good and hard to distinguish which end is which :)

For anyone thats thinking of doing the same, I can confirm that the centre is hollow.

Cut end:
