Cush Drive Mod

Today i forced myself to do the cush drive mod, been needing to do it for a while now and it was a miserable day so i got myself set up and did it. Zero play whatsoever in the sprocket and adjusted chain tension as well. Should sort out a bit of the surging which had returned slightly. Next step - New sprocket.

Thanks for the help Bernard.

The same thing happened to me coming down a hill at fairly good speed. NOT a nice experience! Now Ive been searching the internet for a chainguid, but no result. :hb:Could you please tell me where you bought that one ? Thanks.

The chain guide mod is well covered by Stoic Bloke in this thread...

The chain guide block is one that was common to many KTM exc models from about 2000 - 2006 (year models).
