There are a few second hand PCIII running around from 150 Pounds upwards. Send simon-c a PM & he can give you a good price on a new one.

Yes the new O2 eliminator does work on the Zed, you can't enter the dash throught the buttons on your Zed you need the Yamaha fault code read tool to do this.

XT660Z O2 mod installation instructions.

I,am a little bit confused, is this without PC5 & much more. How come I only got 42hp with my mod 2-1 system, O2 optimizer, KN filter, PC5?

http://www.sporthoj.com/forum/attach...0&d=1344283504 My dyno

Kev 09-11-12 10:41

I never look at one off dyno runs as they don't really tell you much as every Dyno in the world reads differently, some to high & some to low & very rarely read the same.

What I always look at is the before & after gains of Dyno runs on the same Dyno, this is the only way to measure the true gains from mods. Always ask for a before & after dyno sheet.

A few questions, was your AIS blocked off during the dyno tune?
I see from your Dyno sheet they set the A/F ratio to between 12.5 & 12.8:1, the 660 motor produces the best torque & HP with an A/F ratio around the 13.2:1 mark. Did the Dyno tunner tune for A/F ratio or max HP & Torque? As 12.5:1 will not produce the MAX HP & Torque.

Hi guys, first post and a very happy xtx owner of two days

I have an 04 with micron race cans, decnt filters and a pc111 which has been dyno tuned.

This was all done before i bought the bike second hand

Co was 20, tried 25 which made the surge worse!

Dropping to 18 has made it better, can i go leaner much? No one seems to drop the co, only raise?

Cheers, vince
