Excellent write up there! One question though mate, when the two bolts are removed won't the spring immediatly push something (the swingarm maybe?) downward?

I know it won't (cos it obviously didn't happen in the pics) but I've never messed about with anything suspension related and am worried about fubaring my bike.

Any change in the handling?

When the wheel is in the air off the ground the spring is at it's full extention & will not cause any harm. The only thing you need to do is support the wheel when removing the bolts in other words take the load off the bolts so they slide out freely & don't pull out the inner sleaves.

I liked the new suspention links & they work well with the front spacer mod. I must admit the rear end does look better raised.

Gotcha, thanks for clearing that up :004:

Exactly how bad will it be if someone pulls the inner sleeve off :crowded:

Basically if the inner sleave slides out, you will need to remove one of the seals by gently prying it out making sure you do not damage the lip of the seal. You can use a medium flat bladed screw driver to remove the seal

Then slide the inner sleave back through the other seal from the outside inwards through the bearing, you then gently fit the loose seal on the inner sleave, then using a pin punch knock the seal back into the bearing housing.

It just save time if you do not disturb the inner sleave. If you support the rear wheel when removing & fitting the bolts & watch the inner sleave you will not have a problem.

Only 2 link sets left, don't miss out. I will not have any more stock for a month or so.
