Ok my friends - below are some photos of my engine parts.
After stripping it down we have discover, that 4th gear sprocket has disintegrated damaging gear selector. Unfortunately some debris make their way to main crank shaft case and was bouncing around damaging components:
- impact marks all around crank case
- impact mark on crank rod
- some bits get in between piston and cylinder and made scratches on piston walls
- also impact marks on the piston and on the bottom of the cylinder flange

In the end some two big bits gets between crank shaft counterweights and anti - vibration shaft (don't know its exact English name) and cause them to crash and stop... you can see marks on the photos...

Yes, engine already purchased. Waiting for delivery. 2012 engine with less then 2000 miles. Should be good.

It was possible to repair damaged engine, and it could be done relatively cheap using second hand anti vibration shaft, then re-balance crank shaft and use cheaper bearings for them. Only gear selector and sprocket will have to be bought new. This was suggested to me by some people since i want to sell my bike, but i have decided that i wont sell to anyone such ticking bomb... Engine can be put together and it will run, but for how long - you never know. It's better to fit other engine and don't sell a bomb to other biker.
Once in my life i have purchased bike badly repaired and it explode after short time - since that i have decided that i don't want to be a d**k like some people.

Better to bury the old motor 9 feet deep, and then forget that chapter.

Glad it arranged up with a new engine even though it's a terrible shame to spend money on such things!

That's a new one - it's number 3 in every other case we've seen?
