Killed my turbulence.......

First off I can't post pics I don't think so you are going to have to use your imagination until I figure it out.

I took a disco speaker cover grill and cut it into a nice shape and bolted it onto the cross brace bar that runs across the handle bars.

Bent it into shape and it has completely eliminated the buffeting even with a motorcross helmet and goggles on.

Has anyone got some quick info on posting pics on this forum ?

It doesn't look too bad and doesn't get in the way at all.

I went out to test it and I quickly found myself cruising at 75/80 instead of 65/70 without really knowing it....

brilliant but I bet my fuel bill goes up now, lol hahahhahahahahah

Here's a link to the grill I used.

It cuts really easy with heavy duty scissors or tin snips..

OK, I managed to post up a picture, it rotated it weird for me as I got them the right way but photbucket twisted them again....

Tilt your head...

Killed turbulence completely at anything up to about 85/90mph and even then I reckon the turbulence was coming over the screen...

I put my hand under the grill and I could feel it physically pushing my hand up and just above the grill there was nothing....

Job done....
