Looks funny...but if it works might be worth to give it a go?!
Where did you get this idea from? |

Also, if you want to mount your sat-nav case above your speedo, I got a small RAM mount from http://www.buybits.com/ |

It's black It's light. You can still see through it and it works..... |
TBH, yesterday I picked up my Tenere from dealer after few warranty issues, didn ride it for last 8weeks...and on the way home - approx 130miles on motorway - my neck was hurting cos of the turbulence - I forgot how bad it is on this bike and the seat as well..jeeez.
I have the wind deflector already but yes, more wind is coming from the 'bottom' between tank and forks. I think I will give your idea a go... How about the access to ignition? THX Chris |
You are aware of the amazing WindCOMB solution?
http://www.xt660.com/showpost.php?p=97210&postcount=65 ...which is less a get-in-the-way then a BBQ on your bar. ;) HJ |

Good place to rest your coffee and muffin on when you're taking a breather at the Newbury services.
The only thing I've found which kills the buffeting is a 50 mph Patagonian tail wind. Seriously, try it - it's like riding a GSA 1200 with a 700 after-market touring screen (I assume - I've never ridden one!!!) |
