My CCC cans should be here now, but they're not.

Supposedly a "failed delivery" four days ago, according to them, but I was in all day!

Supposedly a "re-delivery" yesterday, but not a sausage.

But it is a bit fishy, as the consignment note they say they sent them on doesn't exist with my postcode, and my postcode is not on UK Mail system......so maybe they just wrote my postcode down wrong??!??

I have asked CCC for a tracking no., but so far they have not given me one!! I have called them many times!!

For the record, I ordered them on the 9th July, with a delivery date of the 12th July

I dont intend this to sound nasty so dont take it that way, BUT, why anyone would order of ccc under its new ownership when there is soooo much bad press about their service record is beyond me.
I truly hope you get your cans etc without further delay and hassle.

They have just arrived....the consignment number was one number after the one they told me (???), and they were sent YESTERDAY (Wednesday), not last Friday as they told me!!...........

I was only aware of the bad press after I ordered them, and it did worry me!.

So, only 4 days late, not too bad. At least I have them, unlike some other poor chap. I hope he has got his money back.

Anyway they look very nice!....and thanks Stumpy for your concern mate.

Alls well that ends well. Glad youve got them ok and I know you wont be dissapointed with the cans now youve got them, just a shame the service is so stressfull.
