Question Swing arm maintenance

Hi all!

I started cleaning my bike for the beginning of the season and I took my swing arm off to check and lube the bearings. In my opinion they need to be replaced but I can't find any sizes on the parts, except for the bearing itself.
The reason is, the oem parts are pretty expensive so I went to a wholesale company that sell all kinds of bearings oil seals and bushes, but online there are no sizes for the bush and oil seals so they can't help me from the oem part no. Only.

Can anyone help me with the following sizes from the rear arm yamaha scheme:

#3, Bush (?x?x?)
#4, oil seal (?x?x?)
#6, oil seal (35X41.5X8-483) can someone explain the last part of this size?

Thanks a lot!

Edit: bike is a xt660x 2009
