Fat foot and sidestand play

Fitted this nifty 'fat foot' from Rugged Roads. Well made and certainly gives a fat foot to the sidestand. I noticed that when the sidestand is retracted it has a fair bit of slop on it... is this normal or is something worn...? Steve
