Rear shock..saggy as a saggy thing..

It's time to replace the rear shock, sagging heavily and with me on it even more. Steve on here provided me with some useful information on shocks provided to him by plieades I believe , but I'm going to admit I'm stuck which way to go!..Hopefully I will be entering some rally style events next year in the U.K. So I need something with adjustment, for once I think I'm pretty stumped on what way to go !..
