End of life drive rubbers... Get me home?

Hi all,

I'm living out in the sticks atm, and know the bike needs a new set of cush rubbers.

But I have them at home, which is about 200 miles worth of commuting and homeward travel away.

Might be paranoia, but I am not sure how much play is too much to be riding with.... Would one of you wonderfully experienced people be able to give me a idea on the basis of the below video, showing movement?
