Smile claims

They replaced the stickers set two handle bar grips, rear hub because of corrosion and on going engine casing no dramas at all.

You ready for this,
Sticker's/hasnt everyone
Leanangle sensor/malfunction
TPS/as above
Brand new fueltank(that was given a liberal coat of paint)/old one rusted
underneath
RH forkleg/cracked pinchbolt clamp
Headlight stay/rust(bad paint)
only once had to get pro-active & that was with the tank

warranty claims

Stickers, lots of them (3rd set) have given up with the tuning fork badges and am keeping the last batch to put on when I sell her.

Front disc . twice due to rusting where spray had been missed on cast iron mounting plate, now laquered.

side stand. amazing, not a heavy bike but the stand buckled in normal use. be sure to check yours out!

Really have to keep on top of the lightly sprayed items, plenty of TLC for the recycled tin can parts also.

To be expected for a budget bike I guess.

2 WEEKS IN THE SHOP HAVING THE WHEEL REBUILT ( what a joke ) phoned the dealers today and told " the wheel is back but we haven't got a van to drop the bike to the London branch " ok so when will it be back " eerrr this time next week" A F***ING P**S TAKE IN MY OPINION . Time to find another dealers i think , this place seems to have no interest in warranty work being done and as such their approach to customer service is frankly rubbish !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Buck....you visited our dealers today on our ride out and I have to say that whatever warranty work I have needed they have come up trumps every time.
No problem at all.....probably over and above what they really were required to do.
Maybe, and hopefully you will never need warranty work again, you should try them if needed.......

Its a bit of a stretch getting down there for a service, maybe for a day out to the seaside , drop the bike off and pick it up at the end of the day .
