Smile claims

They replaced the stickers set two handle bar grips, rear hub because of corrosion and on going engine casing no dramas at all.

You ready for this,
Sticker's/hasnt everyone
Leanangle sensor/malfunction
TPS/as above
Brand new fueltank(that was given a liberal coat of paint)/old one rusted
underneath
RH forkleg/cracked pinchbolt clamp
Headlight stay/rust(bad paint)
only once had to get pro-active & that was with the tank

warranty claims

Stickers, lots of them (3rd set) have given up with the tuning fork badges and am keeping the last batch to put on when I sell her.

Front disc . twice due to rusting where spray had been missed on cast iron mounting plate, now laquered.

side stand. amazing, not a heavy bike but the stand buckled in normal use. be sure to check yours out!

Really have to keep on top of the lightly sprayed items, plenty of TLC for the recycled tin can parts also.

To be expected for a budget bike I guess.

Rear Cush drives were replaced when I had a service FOC of course and recently they stuck a new throttle sensor on when I had some other work done (didn't ask them to do it either, so how nice was that). I've gotta say that the chaps I deal with at Woking Yamaha are absolutely brilliant. Now they're doing all my insurance repairs after my recent ding! Ouch my foot! (wasn't my fault)

Interesting to hear that rear crush drives and engine cases have been replaced as I have been told that these are wear and tear items and need to pay to replace even with warranty until August.

I have done 17,000 miles and 2 winters but sure the engine cases should last better than they have, washed salt off every trip, every day.

Did get the rear sprocket bearing replaced though.
