If I needed/wanted a taller screen I would buy that one. Definitely the best I have seen from an aesthetically point of view.

How does it perform ?

surprisingly well actually considering that it's only 6-10cm taller than stock. Loathed as I am to using motorways Friday night blast from SW London to Ashby de la Zouch was much more confy than usual. I sat at a steady 90 (even seeing 100MPH a couple of times... whilst overtaking... for safety reasons I like to pass cars quickly). I don't know whether it makes a difference but I also managed to get another 20 miles befor the reserve light kicked in on avaerage over the weekend. I think it's main advantage is the side bits; they seem to blow the air around me so far less buffeting. It came with stickers too! (although the 69 one I added myself and now think that I don't like it I'd thought it a little saucy originally )

Not bad value for money I thought:

I'd have to agree I like the screen also. Better looking than the Yamaha variations.

I have just bought one of these also! I was hoping there would be a half decent looking screen out there somewhere. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

tall screen

this is excellent!!! great looking part indeed! By the way, I have the 2007 XTX which does not have a transparent screen like the previous models it only has the plastic mask over the headlight. I wonder if the shape of the headlight is the same with the 06's so I can buy such a screen and attach it to mine. If anyone could send me a link where I can buy XTX accesories, that would me much appreciated.
take care, J_maker

Looks great, I posted a Q about a month ago asking whether anyone had tried the Puig but at that time it seemed that nobody had. I've just ordered a clear one so I'll post a pic when it arrives.

I myself saw that one of my dealers had that screen and I am very interested in it. I also hate the look of the Yamaha screen, but this one looks nice and not over the top.

I left it until someone gave it an honest review.

So, you guys would say it is well worth the money to fit it and you can feel the difference, not just looks?

I find myself riding long distances at between 100 and 140 Km/h and if this screen really helps to buffer me from the wind, then I am going for it.

So, the rest of you guys who bought it. When are you fitting it and what are your impressions?
