Hello, the dreaded regulator/rectifier problem finally caught up with me yesterday on my way to work. I managed to finish my journey with reduced power from battery. On inspection of the well weatherproofed connector I found one of the white terminals well burned. I've tried doing a bodge at work to get me home but one of the spades coming out of the regulator was too far perished and came off. So now I need a new unit, thinking of getting a fazer one like others have but I just want to check with you guys if there's a particular year I need? Seen one for sale that's 98-2001, is that ok? Any help would be great.
