altitude and air temp?

Hi i hope this is in the right place?
i have read on here a few times about the altitude and air temp making a difference on how a bike should be set up and how it will run.
the thing is i am living in Siem reap Cambodia Elevation above sea level: 15 m = 49 ft and an average temperature of 26C

but my bike was imported from Vienna Austria Elevation above sea level: 164 m = 538 ft and an average temperature of 9.8C

so is my bike set up wrong for where im staying and if so what do i need to do?

i already have a Kev fuel mod and 02 mod on the way is this enough?

cheers

rob...
