A couple of months ago I traded my V-Strom 650 for an XT 660 R.
It was really easy to come along with the change of behaviour, loss of weight and of course, loss of power.
The main purpose in the trade was getting a bike that I truly love, both visually and mechanically speaking; and starting riding off-road OF COURSE!

I'm going to start messing with snorkel removal an CO settings to soften the low rev's range, as I've been reading here.
Since I live on the "low cost side of life", that will be all for the moment!

I rode 1700 km (~1050 mi) the first month; commuting, on and off road, and it's been a huge pleasure, a very big surprise. This bike is really sweet and I think it matches 100% my current demands.
