Who's built their own wheel before, coz I need some advice...
Ok, so I'm planning on putting an 18" wheel on the rear. I see that from OTR's site they go with a 18"x2.5" rim. They also use a talon crush drive rear hub, but after scouring some KTM forums people seem to think that they are pretty ****e due to the design.


Insted they upgrade to a Rad hub:

Ive looked on Rad's site and they dont make a hub to suit the tenere, so i think I need to use one from another bike. Does anyone know what other bike's hub will fit? What hub does the OTR wheel use, is it a ktm?

Also, whats a good choise of rim. Strength is probably the main priority, due to the weight of the bike. I will try and loose some of the weight buy running TU Bliss


And are there any sort/brand of spokes that I should use?
