Dear All,

I have read a couple of threads where people have had made some plastic replacements for the rubber cush drive.

I was wondering a few of things.

1. Do they work
2. Do they effect they way the bike takes up the "Slack"
3. Do they last any longer than the rubber ones
4. Would you recommend them

and lastly if the above is all good where could I get some.
