Us to have an R, and had the high tinted yammy touring screen on it, im 6ft4 and use a road helmet and the screen pushed the main wind blast to my neck/chin of the helmet. There wasnt as great amount of wind/pressure on my helmet and if i where to ever get an R again (some day) i would be getting a tall yammy touring screen.

I bought Another XTr last night and TBH I hated the look of the touring screen on it but after the 70 mile motorway ride home I wouldnt change it, I remembered the last XTr i had with the std screen, on motorways it was murder

Well I have fitted my Puig screen recently and it looks good, I will report more when I have made some decent journeys.

Engine mods: K&N Stage 1 filter, DNA Stage 2 filter, snorkel removed, Kev fuel mod fitted.
Plus: smoked Puig screen, Yam aluminium sump guard, Yamaha / Acerbis handguards, Givi Trekker aluminium side cases, Leo Vince X3 cans plus Kev front fork mod and Fender Xtender. Just fitted Michelin Road Pilot 3 tyres.

SOLD the XTX for a Super Ten 1200. And just bought a Raptor 700 so staying on here for some tips....
