I don't know the channel, my Mrs flips channels like a pancake competition.

Restoring a 1981 XT500.

The guy bought it for �1400 and it was pretty well used.

Totally stripped, powdercoated and re-chromed.
Due to the pancakes I didn't see the end result. But was still an interesing watch.
