XTZ Power Commander 5 Wiring Help

I am busy installing a new PC5 into my 2010 XTZ and I'm having difficulty with the documentation being built around an XTR.

I have successfully wired in the O2 Optimizer and found the TPS connector as well as the Injector connector. The one I am having difficulty with is the crank sensor connector.

I don't want to connect the PC5 to the wrong inputs and create a problem so I'm asking if anyone can point me in the right direction?

My best guess thus far is the 2 pin white plug I found under a rubber boot behind the rear brake fluid reservoir. If I trace the wires they appear to enter the crankcase somewhere behind the main drive sprocket. The service manual seems to indicate that this is the correct location for the crank sensor.

The documentation refers to the crank sensor connector being located under the LHS air box cover but on my XTZ the air box covers just open up the whole air box, hence my confusion.

Any help that anyone can offer would be appreciated. I won't be riding the bike anywhere until I am sure its safe to do so and I will still need to map it correctly.

As a final note, a point in the right direction for PC5 maps with O2 Optimizers installed would be appreciated greatly
