Hi

New to this forum. I have debated and reviewed in depth what dual purpose to buy, and have decided on a XT660T 2008 9k on the clock. I am a large guy 6,4 130kg so bike size was a consideration. Reading the reviews it appears that the 2008 has a surging problem, that cant really be fixed. This concerns me. Am I buying the right bike, or rather the right model. Maybe look at a younger one, that does not surge. Constructive feed back would be much appreciated.
