What Oil for the Tenere

Hi guys and folks

Tenere done 3000 miles want to put a fresh oil what would you recomend?

semi synthetic 10w40

i have options of

Castrol

Rock oil

Motorex

Fuchs Silkolene

As for Oil Fillter

Champion or HiFlo
