Tyre choice

Cheers
I'm just having a little tyre dilemma on the R
I've never had a 21" front before, so I don't know whether I've just got to get used to the poor slow steering or whether (as I suspect) it's the Anakee2s.
I started with Sirac's and thought the odd steering was because they were -worn, but the anakees are going the same way (5k miles). I'm sure they were better to begin.
So... contemplating either Tourance, on the basis that so many people can't be wrong, or Avon Distanzia, which are my gut instict.
I know the Anakees get rave reviews but I've never been comfortable with a tyre combo where I use all the front - especially in winter. They just need nore curvature/profile... call it what you will (like a road tyre perhaps! )
