Personally i like the real deep sound of the leo vince but ive heard proper good stories of the CCC sets.Im not sure if the CCC cans are getting bigged up on here as a discount is offered to members (which is great! no dissing) but they do also sound bloody nice and ive seen on some youtube footage flames spitting out the ends of the cans. Not sure if this was a modded bike that caused the flames so if anyone can tell me if this works on the standard CCC cans id appreciate it. Id personally love the akrapovic cans but they are around the 500-700 mark and thats way over my head! If you do look on youtube do a search on "XT660 akrapovics" and check out the footage of the guy or "unlce g" with the cheeky grim and a look that says ------ " Check out my NEW Akros ! " funny **** man! Good luck in finding the right ones mate,im hoping the member that PMed me is gonna come up trumps. ill post up what my new cans are like....if i get them ...eventually. Powerfreak there is one of our admin in Spain who has recently sold his XT, he has a 2nd hand set of Carbon Can Co stubbies in Carbon and Ti. they were swapped from my bike to his... but when he sold his he didn't have a spare set of link pipes so we got some new ones from :CCC: which means the cans are used but the pipes are brand spanikng, so send him a pm, see how much he's asking for them, his username is nein, speaks perfect good english.

I went with the LeoVince and I have to say I am not disappointed, they sound fantastic are well made and reduced the weight of my bike. The CCC looked OK and are highly recommended by a lot of peeps on this forum, but for what I paid for mine I was and still am well happy. (289 inc postage)

Mine came from Italy, sourced from fleabay, they were at buy it now at 329 or best offer, guess what my offer was, lol............................................... ................. yep thats right 289 and yes P&P was free. Only took 5 days from paying for them till arrival, offer accepted and paid for on the Sunday evening, delivered Friday morning. Also after it was all fitted it went to the local dyno to set it up properly, I had downloaded a custom map from here, but Kev advised it was best to have it set up specifically for my bike and I have to admit he was right again. The custom map was not a million miles away but the dyno time cured the slight wooliness at low revs and boosted top end HP and torque slightly, also improved fuel economy.
