Stu i am also looking for cans.If you havent already then take a look on utube as theres some video of different cans and what they sound like when fitted.
Personally i like the real deep sound of the leo vince but ive heard proper good stories of the CCC sets.Im not sure if the CCC cans are getting bigged up on here as a discount is offered to members (which is great! no dissing) but they do also sound bloody nice and ive seen on some youtube footage flames spitting out the ends of the cans. Not sure if this was a modded bike that caused the flames so if anyone can tell me if this works on the standard CCC cans id appreciate it.
Id personally love the akrapovic cans but they are around the 500-700 mark and thats way over my head! If you do look on youtube do a search on "XT660 akrapovics" and check out the footage of the guy or "unlce g" with the cheeky grim and a look that says ------

" Check out my NEW Akros ! " funny **** man! Good luck in finding the right ones mate,im hoping the member that PMed me is gonna come up trumps. ill post up what my new cans are like....if i get them ...eventually.

Powerfreak there is one of our admin in Spain who has recently sold his XT, he has a 2nd hand set of Carbon Can Co stubbies in Carbon and Ti. they were swapped from my bike to his... but when he sold his he didn't have a spare set of link pipes so we got some new ones from :CCC: which means the cans are used but the pipes are brand spanikng, so send him a pm, see how much he's asking for them, his username is nein, speaks perfect good english.
