So, how do they decide what is too loud ??
for an MOT it's at the examiners disgresion, I know they stick the sound level on the bikes ID badge thingy, but is it law that that is the level, surely they can only legislate on a set upper level rather than per bike - bit confusing this, does anyone know for certain ?? ![]()
