Broke one of the adjustment bolts

http://i.imgur.com/SdOs4sy.jpg

Just after easter I managed to break one of the adjustment bolts, the left one. Since then I've been trying to get it fixed without any result.

First mechanic tried with welding but didn't manage to pull it out. He made a temporary adjuster I used for a while. Second mechanic tried drilling but the shape of the rear arm makes it really difficult. I even tried using some of those bolt extractors (not sure if this is the correct term) but it broke inside the broken nut on the first try. Dremel wasnt helpful and bigger drills can't gen in due to the shape of the rear arm end.

After this I contacted a few other shops but they've all turned me down because "it's too complicated" or some other excuse.

I've seen a couple of adjusters that hook on the back of the swingarm. Are there any systems that might fit the XTX? Closest I found was this MT-07 ones but theyre damn expensive and Im not sure it fits my X.

Have you tried to use a right angle drill chuck?..or a dremmil type tool that has a flexi head on it?

Use a dremmil but couldnt find an adapter for a longer and bigger bit. All the bits the dremmel came with got busted. That bolt is made from steel and is pretty stubborn.

And I can't use a right angle drill chuck or any other drill because the bulky head doesn't fit inside the rear arm to drill.

Did you get the bolt shaft out?

If it was me, I'd get a 10-15mm diameter carbon cutting disk about 0.5-1mm thick for the dremel and cut a vertical slot in the end of the bolt shaft. Try to keep the slot (groove) edges nice and sharp.
Then using a smallish flat head screw driver knock softly in the side of the slot to try and turn the shaft anti-clockwise to unscrew it.

If you can't get such a small cutting disk, find a dental laboratory and go and bum one there.
I used to be a dentist and have used above method to remove broken off bolt shafts (if they're not stuck too much).

long left hand drill bit

You can get extra long left hand drill bits, I know that sounds like a wind up but I can assure you that's the way to go. All you need is a hand drill (battery or mains) with reversing action, often just the act of drilling it out will unscrew the sheared off bolt. Use plenty of cutting fluid / oil.
