Hi from Australia (2010 xtr)

Hi,
New to the forum and recently purchased a 2010 xt660r in NSW, Australia.
Just thought I should introduce myself as I often am hiding in the background and very rarely post on forums but and always reading them.

Also the xt660r I have purchased has arrow pipes fitted with a dna stage 1 filter on order through work.
Would someone be able to point me in the right direction as to the standard CO level from factory and information in regards to what it should be adjusted to with the above modifications.
I have purchased kevs mod book but and unable to find the information in there or anywhere on the forum in searching.

Welcome on board mate.

FYI - There was no "standard" factory setting, but they were set within a range; bikes from the same year will have varuious stock settings. A 2010 model like yours will probably, but not exclusively, have the CO set somewhere between 10 and 20. A general rule of thumb is don't go +10 above what it was originally set at. Go to far and you'll increase surging.

Have a read of this thread re: CO adjustments. You'll have to fish through some threads which go a little off topic, but it's all there.
