Wiring a tail tidy

Hi all. I've done what most people seem to have done and cut off the massive rear light. Could anybody help with the where the wires go. It's a 06 xtr, the wires from the loom are black, blue and yellow and the wires from the led light I'm fitting are brown, green and green/yellow

On the bike's loom:

Yellow = Brake Light
Blue (with a red trace) = Tail Light
Black = Earth/Ground

As for the new lights colour coding, I wouldn't like to guess. What I would do if unsure would be to hook it up to a 12v supply and try the different permutations. Should be fairly easy to work out which colour does what.

Hey I'm looking for a new tail tidy but I'm really struggling to find any online. Could you please tell me what you've done? Possibly a picture? The stock one really is hideous.
