Well...I have to admit I found the property of removing , stripping and greasing the swing arm and linkage a bit daunting , but with Ohlins excellent guide and Jo75 helping ( by helping I mean talking me through the whole process!) I set to

Bit worrying to find metal swarf in with the bearings!

Confirmation it's worth doing even on a fairly new bike....absolutely sod all grease on these bearings. On a one year old bike. Going to be great to know it's all greased up properly

Swingarm looking really tatty .....going to see what the turnaround / cost is to get it powder coated , can't be without my baby for much longer!. Steve
