Yamaha Tenere XT660Z carbon engine side covers

Hello folks!
I am in search for carbon fibre side covers for Yamaha Tenere engine.
I need more protection on sides, and all I can think of is to find some proper carbon side covers.
Any idea where to get that parts?

Something like this:

Try GB Racing they make side covers BUT they are aimed at track bikes so not sure they would make anything for the XT660....

They have only plastic parts, that is not strong enough.

I found only this for YAM MT03, which suppose to have same engine.

I am waiting their answer, maybe someone here can also confirm?

Hi,

if you are going to search in the german xt660 forum, you will find some carbon made protections. Search uner the tread "heute angebaut".

Or look on the page www.750er.de

Cheers

MT-03 (had one until 2 weeks ago) and XT660 have exactly the same engine.
