I'd rather poke myself in the eye with a pointy stick than change my own tyres. I've done it a couple of times and the amount of sweat, cursing, grazed knuckles and wasted time never justified the couple of quid a proper fitter would charge.

I would have roller the car tyre over the bikes tyre to break the bead.
