Hi again,simple question can I ran my O4 XTX on 99RON fuel

If I understand higher the octane the better.

I run on 98 pumpgas in My -06 bike.

will not do damage but it is a waist of money, with the original 660 engine compression 95 ron is enough.

There is also a theory that most people are using the 95ron at the gas station so it is more fresh then the more expensive fuels, but as said it is only a theory.

If You are using Your bike as a taxi, there is a difference how much 98/99 costs compared to 95...

I think if Your towns 98oct runs out of date maybe You should think about moving closer to civilication?

from my observation in most stations the 98 or 100 pumps are always empty, but this is not the issue the issue is that every fuel above 95 ron will not give any benefit to the motor it is not cleaner (like some people think) and it doesn't have any higher quality of some kind, the motor of the XT doesn't know if you run 95 or 100.
I am surprised that in the era of the internet people still don't know what is the meaning of octane.
