Lol.... It is the Rally fairing from the KTM dakar bikes... Got it from Alberto Dottori (google him).... The spacing of the two light openings fit the Tenere bulp spacing perfectly... So I am still running the stock headlight...

It looks fantastic! Was it modified much to make it fit onto the Tenere? Is the original one underneath? Also, I don't suppose you have a link for it? I would very much like to order one myself :D

I think it might be this one?

Nice products - thanks for the link.

It's probably a good job KTM haven't launched a 690 Adventure as I would be obliged to buy one!!

Let's look at the bike from a different perspective...

http://img171.imageshack.us/img171/6988/vielsalm1.jpg

Went offroading in the belgian Ardennes. Made some rookie mistakes. A little bit too fast, some muddy grooves, some loose and heavy branches and a whole lot of "target fixation". As a result, front wheel called it a day and parked myself 90 in the grass.

Only my selfconfidence and ego got a a bit damaged. Mirrors had to be retightend. Just picked it up, good to go. Proofs again these bikes are really "made" for crashing :)

looks nasty...

You see, back on its feet, no harm done..
