foot pegs

Do you not want the option of being able to take someone on the back? if not
should'nt you remove the grab rails now, or will you use them to strap stuff to the back of the bike.

I don't lift at all, I do find the grab handles useful when moving the bike around.:icon_scoot[1]: I removed them on my last XTX but have decided to leave them on this time.

I am busy working on my next mod on the rear end, I am going to try something different, something that has not been done on the XT yet. I ordered the parts I need this past Saturday & will put it together soon.

I tried to fit a Tom Tom Rider GPS.... well just tried to find a place where to mount the original mounting kit.... but I decide to just don't use it and make my own custom bracket.... I'll post some pics when finish the job :-)

Great stuff, at least I am not the only one trying different things on my bike.

I went off roading, near burning half my rear tyre on the stones trying to get it up the hills (too heavy but fun), near mashed my legs to pieces when i came off my cousins trails bike at about 25mph (fixed it again both legs and bike).

And now i am in the process of getting my debit card sorted with paypal so i can get my membership sorted on here and pay techno prisoners for an oem gear lever and a touratech one.

Go me.

and also to do for the rest of the week, getting my tyres changed over for the TKC80s (tractor tyres), go off roading again, fit the new touratech gear lever (if possible), and go for a few drinks with my mate for his birthday (havent seen him in 5 weeks, hes working away from home at the mo)

Fitted new ContiForce SM rear tyre
Almost removed passenger pegs (thank god I didn't)
Washed her
Took her off-roading (photo's to come in the evening)

I am not telling.... I was going to fit something yesterday but... was unlucky, I'll have to wait a little longer now. :happy8: :angry7:

Now Denny wouldn't it have been a better idea to go off roading before you wash your bike?????:102:
