That seems more like i am looking for kev,Is that all tarmac roads there and what sort of milage you doing every day please.
The diablo is 110 fitted with the wheel off the bike and the pilot road 2 is 115 so not much difference in the two. Andy |
I am loving my Michelin Pilot Powers. I was also quite happy with my Dunlop Qualifiers but I prefer the front tyre of the Michelin ones. The Pilot Power stick like hell and I can only recommend them.
By the way, I would not call them semi-slicks, they are not so eXtreme :sunny: |
how many miles you get out of them please nein and i am on about the rear tyre.
Andy |
I got 5000 km out of the rear Dunlop
Can not tell you about the Michelins because I am still on my first set and I have only done 1000km, but I estimate they will last as the Dunlops I think this is the normal mileage for these kind of tyres |
about to change my rear michelin pilot road 2 and it seems a very good tyre with very good grip in the wet or dry and i managed to get over 5000+ miles out of it.
I may try a Avon storm st this time thought as i would like a longer lasting tyre. Andy |
Just orderd me a set of Maxxix tyres soft in the front and medium @ rear
The original Pirelli was gone with 2200Km and after 2600Km it was a slick. http://img380.imageshack.us/img380/9...1735dw6.th.jpg http://img380.imageshack.us/img380/7...yellwi1.th.jpg http://img380.imageshack.us/images/thpix.gif |
My oem pirelli is now gone after 2300km.
Can anyone recomend me a rear tire that last atleast 5000-6000km and is sticky and also has some grip on gravel. The Avon is hard to get in norway |
