I know why my horn doesn't work. Horn connector pins were disconnected probably caused by vibration. I solved this. But as I said after rain there's a burning smell around dashboard or below dashboard you know there are many cables there.

Hmmm, that's sounding like chafed wires. You may have to look around the rubbing points of the wiring loom and look for shiney bits. good luck
