You shouln'd have cleaned your bike before taking the pictures. Now mine will look even dirtier :D

This are the only two stickers on my bike. I promise, no more pictures of my bike for a while ;)

well heres ma stickers.....straight fae a Lynyrd Skynyrd album...street survivors.....seriously Guys a wis jist messin about wi some graphic stickers a pal made up fur me....am wantin Honest answers....is it too much, is it to Loud, is it a mess, or Whits is that,....tell me,a I wis intendin jist takin the plain jane blue off o it....an got carried away....TELL ME WHIT, DO YOU`S THINK it was only done sunday nite....a kin power wash them off in 5 mins an it took me 5 hours to put on....Seriously Guys...a need yer verdict.....am famous fur jist settin about mna bikes wia couple o tins o Halfords finest an jist camo` it but a thought ad try this this time....its actually a grey although it looks white.....a wis gonna buy new Grey plastics fur it....anythin wid be better than that Blue......Again......TELL ME WHIT DAE YE`S THINK, AM NEEDIN OPINION`S HERE.......Mabozzar

Whilst you're experimenting then afk40 surely the blue base gives you the perfect opportunity to create something along the lines of an ode to your mother country?

It certainly stands out in a crowd though mate and the seat looks mile-a-licious :p

I've already had a wee upset with my forum sticker :sad3: Whilst wrestling the XT up onto my dodgy old wobbly padock stands to fit my Touratech Folding gear lever it appears that I've managed to damage my sticker already... I'm devastated :tear:

Obviously I still have my Black sticker... but having a black bike I can't think where to put it that might do it justice???

The above sentence roughly translates to....."It looks **** mate, don't do it again!!"

Why put it on a paddock stand just to fit a gear lever ? a lot of effort for one bolt .:icon_bounce:

'cos I like to give the impression I know what I'm doing when I'm working on the bike and it looks like it when it's all jacked up like that (my neighbors are easily impressed):unibrow: ... actually I wanted to get as much access to underneath as poss. because I wanted to clean out or the built up gunk, make sure that I could see what I was doing and my allen key was quite long. Plus it was up on the stand already for my weekly checks/chain lube/oil etc.

I'm not really the most mechanically minded so I am rather prone to making things far more complicated than need be. That said, I get there in the end and the new gear lever is proper pukka mate.

on ma bike...ave took thew stickers off ma bike as a thought it looked absolutley ****E after sleepin on it an seein the day,,,,a must have been on drugs...thats that wife o mine feedin me wi coffee laced wi a laughin drug....

as of the sheep skin on ma bike....everybike ave ever owned always has a sheep skin....oncea wis in Ayr, a west coast town....an whilst riding thru it a doberman ran after me...an took a lounge at what a thought was gonna be ma leg,,,,but it wis after the sheep skin....it got it an ran away wi it...only tae laydown in a bito grass an maul the poor thing..........aye one o you guys said wi ma background bein Blue a could put the scot flag on there....good shout....a never actually thought o that....but tae tell ye`s the truth...that Blue is not ma favourite colour at all....am chasin some Grey plastics....an a may go wi Grey fur a wee while an see whit or how a get on wi it...anything but that blue.....maybe even Matt Black the whole thing ....well the p[lastics anyway.....in times past a have done the whole thing....but a couldnt do that tae a 2 month old bike....

sheepskin.....a know you younger guys widnt hae a sheepskin on yer bike,,,, but even if ye`s had a bit jist tae cover yer arse whatever the size o yer arse was.....a`ll tell ye`s its the cheap way tae a better ride fur comfort....try it....ye wont be dissapointed....me

One question , you bought the bike new, why get a blue one if you wanted a grey one???????????????????????????????????????????????

I could only get a Blue one or a Black one...an as ma pal has a black one, his plastics are not good lookin in black an he takes good care o it....so any of you guys out there has any plastics in grey....I`ll buy them from ye`s....a need a right side tank panel, an a tail piece...

John please don't send yours stickers to Steve, I have already made arrangements for him have the ones he damaged replaced.

I suggest that you keep yours as a momento of our forum, even if you don't want to put them on your bike, you never know one day this will all be gone and all you would have left is the memory of the friends you made here and a couple of stickers to remind you of this time.

Man, whit a :tool: a im....:happy6:am lookin at the date these replies were posted above, an am seein mc POSTED ON THE 6TH....AN AM SAYIN this is the 9th its not 3 days since a wis on here.....tae a took a closer look at ma calander.....it wis January a wis lookin at....:sign5: ....well tae soften the blow.....all the stickers are now off........Hooooorrrrahhh you English will say....a took all the body work plastics off the day ana sprayed them Rover Tempest Grey.....whit a difference.....fae that BLLLLLLUUUEa need another tin...so a`ll be hittin Halfords in the mornin,,,an a`ll post some pics when they dry an get fitted back on......a may hit them wi a touch o Blackjist tae liven it up a wee bit.... a dont want a bland bike....its all a hit an a miss....but am lookin forward tae it.....

John if you want more stickers, all you need is ask, this wasn't my sole decision, we commonly decided to give everyone one white and one black, I think the next production will all be white and no black, that way you can all have the same.

well Its sprayed up Grey...but whit a kin say is ....A like the grey original colour....as I now can see the potential..... but My grey....it doesnt quite cut it....so am hopin ma source will come thru wi a nice set o original panels.....an a dont want tae use ,ma stickers up until then....but a will post a pic the morra.....John
